Forest Cyniciam Homestay truly exceeded my high expectations in every possible way. The warm welcome we received from the owners felt like being embraced by long-lost family members, with smiles that lit up the entire homestay. When an unexpected train delay threw off our plans, the owners graciously offered us an extra night's stay at no cost, exemplifying their exceptional kindness and generosity. This level of hospitality made us feel truly valued and cherished as guests. The homemade dinner surpassed all our expectations, showcasing the authentic flavors of Sri Lankan cuisine with each bite. The continental breakfast provided before our visit to Horton Plains was a delightful start to the day, setting the tone for an adventure-filled exploration. The attention to detail and the delicious simplicity of the dessert, consisting of cookies and a cup of fragrant black tea, perfectly rounded off each meal and left us craving more.Lastly, the location and surroundings of the homestay added an extra layer of magic to our stay.
